We accept professional referrals (with parental consent) for any child under 18, it doesn’t matter how long ago the bereavement happened.
To make a Professional Referral you need to complete one of the forms below, giving us as many details as possible. Please email the form to enquiries@penhaligonsfriends.org.uk.
