Mother’s Day is on 27th March this year in the UK and is a special day for honouring and appreciating mothers. It is also a personal day, and means different things for each of us.
Children who have sadly lost their mum may want to take time to make or write something for their mum and in her memory. They may want to write a message for her or use words or a picture that reminds them of their mum. They could choose to leave it in a special place or give it to someone else to look after.
One simple and nice way of remembering could be to make egg box flowers which children could attach a little message to if they want. You can find our pdf with easy, 6 step instructions here.

We were recently invited to a presentation evening held by Launceston YFC, where they made a donation of £1000.00 to the charity. They had kindly chosen Penhaligon’s Friends as one of their charities for 2021, and this fantastic amount was raised during their year of fundraising.
Thank you Launceston YFC
